Campaign
PHM prepared a strategic awards programme that balanced sales objectives, construction scheduling and marketing budget with an objective assessment of the scheme and its best chances of success, based on our innate knowledge of the competition landscape.
National competitions entered included Evening Standard New Homes Awards, What House? Awards, Housebuilder Awards and the RESI Awards.
We prepared a series of entries using our tried-and-tested approach; eye-catching design paired with high-quality storytelling and information sharing that showcased the scheme’s USPs, highlighted its successes and illustrated the impact for buyers.
